I am a training and development professional specializing in taking highly technical information and making it easily accessible as either e-Learning or instructor-led training. I consult and collaborate with clients to ensure their workforces have the right skills for peak performance. I draw on over 30 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, leadership, mass communications, and the military.

I have the ability to lead projects independently or as part of a team. I identify and involve any collaborators who can ensure the maximum accuracy and effectiveness of any deliverable in order to achieve organizational goals. My independence extends to taking the initiative to proactively gather needed content with minimal reliance on clients' time. I embrace new challenges!

In addition to a strict attention to detail, my approach to instructional design is informed by my time in the U.S. Navy, and as a radio producer and announcer, customer service manager, and a classroom trainer.
